We are incredibly grateful to have found Surrey Family Vets. We have two dogs and three cats, and all five of them are registered here. After experiencing the care they have received, I honestly wouldn’t want to take them anywhere else. Dr Marcos and Dr Natalia are both exceptional vets. They are incredibly experienced and knowledgeable, but what stands out most is how genuinely caring, gentle and compassionate they are. They never make you feel rushed and always take the time to properly understand what is going on. I particularly appreciate that they always consider the least invasive approach to treatment and don’t rush into unnecessary procedures. Dr Marcos was especially wonderful when my Golden Retriever injured his paw. He took the time to examine him thoroughly, explain everything clearly and work out the best way to treat the injury while keeping things as gentle and minimally invasive as possible. It was incredibly reassuring to have someone so knowledgeable looking after him, especially when he was clearly uncomfortable and I was worried. The whole team at the surgery is fantastic. The nurses are so kind and caring, and the receptionists are always friendly, patient and genuinely helpful. You can really feel that everyone there cares about the animals rather than simply treating them as another appointment. All five of our pets have been treated with such kindness and compassion, and we feel incredibly lucky to have such a wonderful veterinary team looking after them. We are genuinely so happy with Surrey Family Vets and would wholeheartedly recommend Dr Marcos, Dr Natalia and the entire team to anyone looking for vets they can truly trust with their pets.

SFV are extremely helpful and have only good intentions for your dog, they are not about extracting money from the client, only trying their best to help your dog or cat to be well again, I can't recommend them enough, its nice to go to a practice that is family run and not part of a large conglomerate which can have a cold feel and you know are trying to hype up the bills, this you don't get here at SFV which is very reassuring.

Marco was very kind and gentle with our elderly dog Jack who needed many teeth extracted. After his procedure we were given clear instructions on a printed sheet for his medication regime which was extremely helpful. Marco followed up at day three and day ten post op to make sure that all was going well with Jack. A very pleasant and knowledgeable vet. Would not hesitate to recommend him.

We have recently registered our two dogs with Surrey Family Vets and visited today for their check ups. Marcos was very good with our dogs and checked them over thoroughly. We agreed on a blood test for one, and had (good) results within hours. Using an independent practice is very important to us and we would thoroughly recommend Surrey Family Vets.

Our second visit to Marcos. Again very thorough examination of Nick the Guinea Pig. Marcos is a very questioning vet and explores all options with you. He is very transparent and clear on pricing and explains the need for any procedures done. In fact I've never had a vet in 28 years be as clear as Marcos on costs. He is very friendly and chatty. It's quite difficult to find a guinea pig exotic vet like Marcos.

I can’t recommend Natalia’s Practice enough as in 2017 I adopted a 18 month old mixed breed dog from Spain and took her home on the Thursday. Unfortunately by Saturday morning I was not happy with our new dog and took Dana to our usual vets. That’s when I met Natalia and without her knowledge and complete dedication- Dana would not have survived. She diagnosed a Spanish disease called leishmania and it had already started to affect her organs. It took many weeks of treatment and I will never be able to thank Natalia enough for Dana’s treatment and the help and support she gave me then and gives me now. Dana is now in her 10th year!

I’ve just taken my bunny to the Surrey Family Vet for his neutering. I’ve been so so happy with the service they provide, we had two initial appointments before the surgery to check he was ready for it and then two follow ups to check he’s healing well and healthy. I can’t thank the team enough, especially Marcus for looking after my boy the way that they did and the support they provided pre and post treatment. I’m so glad I found them and I wouldn’t take Otis anywhere else!
