Our second visit to Marcos. Again very thorough examination of Nick the Guinea Pig. Marcos is a very questioning vet and explores all options with you. He is very transparent and clear on pricing and explains the need for any procedures done. In fact I've never had a vet in 28 years be as clear as Marcos on costs. He is very friendly and chatty. It's quite difficult to find a guinea pig exotic vet like Marcos.

I can’t recommend Natalia’s Practice enough as in 2017 I adopted a 18 month old mixed breed dog from Spain and took her home on the Thursday. Unfortunately by Saturday morning I was not happy with our new dog and took Dana to our usual vets. That’s when I met Natalia and without her knowledge and complete dedication- Dana would not have survived. She diagnosed a Spanish disease called leishmania and it had already started to affect her organs. It took many weeks of treatment and I will never be able to thank Natalia enough for Dana’s treatment and the help and support she gave me then and gives me now. Dana is now in her 10th year!

I’ve just taken my bunny to the Surrey Family Vet for his neutering. I’ve been so so happy with the service they provide, we had two initial appointments before the surgery to check he was ready for it and then two follow ups to check he’s healing well and healthy. I can’t thank the team enough, especially Marcus for looking after my boy the way that they did and the support they provided pre and post treatment. I’m so glad I found them and I wouldn’t take Otis anywhere else!

A great new family-run vet clinic with very kind and caring staff. Marcos is always attentive, explains everything clearly, and takes time to answer questions. We’ve had several visits with my dog Luna, and he always follows up personally after tests or procedures, which I really appreciate. It feels reassuring to know your pet is genuinely cared for. Highly recommended.

Marcos and his team took exceptionally good care of my dog during a very sudden and scary onset of illnes. Surrey Family Vets made sure that we were well informed and made themselves available to us as much as possible even staying longer at the surgery so that we could rush in.
