I’m a dog walker, who sadly had to bring a clients dog to the vet after he had hurt his paw. He is a reactive dog, and although he’s not aggressive in the slightest, he can be a handful. The whole team were absolutely amazing with him, there’s so much love and genuine care for each pet that walks through their doors. I can’t thank you enough for taking such good care of my favourite boy, and showing him no prejudice, only love. Thank you for also accommodating his reactivity - I appreciate it’s hard to predict what will walk through the reception, but everyone made an effort to help me and Percy stay relaxed.
